Lisa Edelstein is an American actress who is best known for her roles in House. Fox medical drama, House. Raised in Wayne within a conservative Jewish customs, she emigrated to New York City at the age of 18 and began studying acting at the Tisch School of the Arts. Her performance quickly made her a part of the club scene in New York. Her shows were so captivating that the local press noticed. Then she used her experience along with her fame and training to compose and write a musical called Positive Me and also starred in it. She landed her first job on MTV as the host of Awake on the Wild Side shortly after. When the show was over the show, she began appearing on films and television productions at first in small roles, and slowly established her acting career.
